We are now hiring CO2 reduction technicians for the insulation division of Althouse Inc. in Santa Fe, New Mexico. An average home insulated by  Althouse causes 500 tons of certified CO2 reduction. Emissions credits are based on CO2 reduction per year ( five tons per home)  times the service life of installation ( a home is 100 years). With a four person crew each crew member can claim 125 tons of CO2 reduction everyday, equal to taking 25 cars off the road for a year. We recycle newspaper to make the insulation which uses about 1/60th of the energy required to manufacture fiberglass insulation.

CO2 reduction technician is the entry level for our enterprise. It will require getting dirty, loading and unloading equipment, crawling in tight spaces in attics, doing maintenance on equipment, loading insulation, spraying insulation, setting scaffolds, cleaning job sites, etc. 

CO2 reduction technicians will have great opportunity for advancement. If you show creativity, work hard, and dedicate yourself to our mission of stopping global warming you could move to House Doctoring, biofuels, or performance contracting.
