Safety Measures

• CO detectors every 1000sq ft
• Combustion appliances must be sealed combustion if inside the living space- Includes fireplaces, furnaces, boilers,  water heaters
• The garage is sealed off from home including above ceiling
• Smoke detectors
• Sprinklers and 5/8 sheetrock is a big jump in fire resistance
