• Walls should not be covered on both sides with vapor barriers
• Exhaust fans installed at all intermittent moisture sources- stove, baths, laundry.
• Continuous moisture sources like fountains, pools, hot tubs, and large numbers of plants should be out side the living space.
• Proper air venting over insulation in the roof 
• Limit roof penetrations or low spots
